4. HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR PERSONAL DATA?

Your personal data and CV will only be retained for as long as there is a need to keep the data in order to fulfil the purposes for which the data was collected in accordance with this information. Where we process your personal data on the basis of a balance of interests under point 3.1, we will process the data for 12 months after you have stopped using our services.

Upgraded People AB may disclose your personal data to third parties, companies providing service and support services related to Upgraded’s business for use by the recipient in order to fulfil the purposes of the processing of personal data set out in section 3.1.

6. TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA TO THIRD COUNTRIES

Upgraded People AB will not transfer your personal data to any country outside the EU/EEA.

7. YOUR RIGHTS

As data controller, Upgraded People AB is responsible for ensuring that your personal data is processed in accordance with applicable legislation.
Upgraded People AB will, at your request or on its own initiative, correct, de-identify, delete or supplement information that proves to be incorrect, incomplete or misleading.
You have the right to request from Upgraded People AB access to and rectification or erasure of your personal data (for example, if such erasure is required by applicable law), to request restriction of further processing of your personal data, and the right to object to the processing (for example, if you question whether the personal data is accurate or whether the processing is lawful). Upgraded People AB will notify each recipient to whom the personal data has been disclosed in accordance with paragraph 5 above of any rectification or erasure of data and restriction of processing of data that takes place in accordance with this paragraph 7.
You have the right to data portability, i.e. the right to receive and transfer your personal data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format to another controller under certain conditions.
If you do not want Upgraded People AB to process your personal data for direct marketing purposes, you have the right to notify Upgraded in writing at any time. Once Upgraded People AB has received your notification, we will stop processing the personal data for this marketing purpose.
You have the right, once per calendar year, through a written and signed application, to receive free of charge a register extract from Upgraded People AB about what personal data is registered about you, the purposes of the processing and to which recipients the data has been or will be disclosed. You also have the right to receive information in the register extract about where the data has been obtained if the personal data has not been collected from you, the existence of automated decision-making (including profiling) and the expected period during which the data will be stored or the criteria used to determine this period. You also have the right to be informed of your other rights under this paragraph 7 of the extract from the register.
If your request is unfounded or unreasonable, we have the right to charge a reasonable processing fee or refuse to fulfil your request.

If you do not accept the changed terms, you have the right to terminate the agreement with Upgraded People AB before the changed information takes effect.
